Preservation Information
143622 was the fifth Class 143 to be preserved. The set was moved by road very shortly after finishing mainline service to the Llanelli Goods Shed Trust, not far from its regular commercial sphere of operation.

In 2023 sadly the set was vandalised.

During spring 2024, 143622 was brought undercover and repainted by JenksArt, a well known street artist from South Wales. The unusual design combined several railway themed murals predeominantly along the lower bodysides.
